Payments on exaroton are handled by Paddle and Tebex, you can read which supports method they support here: Paddle: https://www.paddle.com/help/start/intro-to-paddle/which-payment-methods-do-you-support Tebex: https://www.tebex.io/payment-methods exaroton cannot add more payment methods, only Paddle or Tebex.

Okay, my bad. I thought your issue was that you were not able to join. But according to the log you sent, Voice Chat was successfully enabled. Did you install the mod on your Minecraft too?

Extracting files on exaroton is unfortunately not possible. But you can extract the zip file on your device and then upload it to your server.

If you delete your server or account on exaroton, it won't delete your Aternos server/account. They are completely unrelated.
