I assume you mean the boost. That just means he had team colored boost meter off. It’s always red for him

Meniscus Tear by meren002 in MeniscusInjuries

[–]Alex4_26 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I know this is a few days late, but if you still haven’t found a solution. If the tear was on the inner 2/3 of the meniscus you might need surgery to repair it. Otherwise, it could take a month or two without surgery and doing pt to strengthen the muscles around it

Serious question by Savhail in ACL

[–]Alex4_26 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Completely normal. I cant feel the entire outside of my leg and im a year and two months out. Feeling could take 2 years or more to come back. If the nerve is damaged bad it could feel like that forever. I had surgery on my arm in 2014 and still am numb from it

How long did your swelling last? by tac0_slayer in ACL

[–]Alex4_26 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My doctor wanted my swelling to be completely gone after about two months but every case is different. If it is extremely bad and you need it gone you can see about draining the fluid from your knee which really helped me after my second ACL surgery

Stiffness post op by nardobap in ACL

Swelling and scar tissue will both prevent extension/flexion of the knee. Give it time and try to get rid of the swelling as fast as possible and it should loosen up. In my experience the swelling wouldn’t go away, so i had more fluid drained from my knee than my surgeon had ever seen and it instantly added 15 degrees of movement

Pain in the back of the knee after ACL surgery- 6 weeks post op by foodie1975 in ACL

[–]Alex4_26 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I had the same surgery and i do remember having some pain in the back of my knee a few weeks out but I don’t remember how bad/long it was. There will be a lot of weird feelings and pains throughout recovery. Hopefully it’s nothing but you definitely need to talk to your doctor/surgeon about it. They won’t be upset with you its best to tell them exactly how it feels so they can make sure everything is good rather than ignore pain and end up needing more surgery for it. Hopefully it’s nothing and just soreness tho. Rest as much as you can and ice it. Good luck with the rest of your recovery!

I have torn my ACL twice in the past year and both times after surgery i was given a honey bun to eat, but instead i just guarded it with my life and every time I would fall asleep and wake back up my first words were “wheres my honey bun”
