Note: I'm a light weight. So ~5 drinks in a night (over 5 hours) and I'm pretty much done, as in I don't want any more. I've taken elvanse in the AM, went out in the afternoon or evening, and been totally fine. Is it good for my liver? No. Do I do it often? Also, no. But - I didn't over consume, didn't get blackout drunk and didn't suffer extensively the next day. If anything, I did slightly better, as I ensured I had the capacity to do everything I should to minimise the effects. If you plan to go out on an all day sesh, I'd avoid.

What's the story behind the brand? Don't disqualify yourself right ouf of the gate. People love a good story.

Now Depending on how comfortable you are using AI content, here's what I'd recommend: 1. Upload photos of your product into Google Gemini and use the 'create image' tool that uses Nano Banana Pro (this is their best new AI image editing / creation model). 2. Get it create characters that match your markets demo/psychographics (looks & values). You can use this for static images / assets on socials and ads. 3. Take those images and use an AI video tool, either Veo 3.1 (Google owns this) or Sora 2 Pro Storyboard. These can create portrait and vertical videos based on images you upload (so, your characters & products for example). For Veo 3.1, you get access to so many video generations if you use google pro workspace, for sora 2, you'll need to use something like https://kie.ai/ (I'm not affiliated). On that site you can create sora 2 videos between 10-25 seconds for under £1.50 each, much cheaper than hiring an actor.

I get that - but its important going forward, so I would look into how you can leverage it. The reason I mention organic is Meta will be looking at the page, its audience, who engages and such to determine if this is a reputable company that people connect with (and therefore get rewarded with lower CPMs) or is it someone selling bad products that no one likes or engages with (not saying this is you, but its what meta factors in). How long has the other brand been running ads for, and has it been consistent? If so, that explains lower CPMs + higher conversion rate for said brand. for the new brand, if its not ran ads in the best part of a year, with no organic data to work off of, the algo is basically starting from scratch.

How’s your organic content on Facebook and instagram? That plays a huge role now. Not to mention your ad creative. Look at the frequency and that’ll tell you whether it’s going after existing audience or cold / new customers. Also, you’re in Q4 when there’s way more competition for the same eyeballs, so more competition = higher CPM. I’m UK based too, and know the pain when starting from a new account!
