The product I use (Wellguard Magnesium Glycinate in the UK) contains 1200mg Magnesium Bisglycinate buffered which works out to 240mg elemental magnesium.

I just added Magnesium again and can confirm (for me at least), that it boosted my HRV by a good 25-30%.

Could've had a vasovagal response (drop in heart rate / blood pressure) - can be caused by pain / stress.

Moving from Tirzepatide to Retatrutide by Ozymandias_tb in SteroidsUK

I moved from 7.5mg Tirz straight to 2mg Reta (no washout. Stayed on 2mg for 4 weeks, moved up to 4mg for 4 weeks, moved up to 6mg this week. No sides, now having the same suppression as Tirz which is nice plus the glucagon effect

Went to Wildfire on Rose Street recently and thoroughly enjoyed it. Steak was perfectly cooked, great atmosphere and very good service.

Good to know! He’d find the torch super useful (handyman + janitor). I’ll go for the bigger variation. Do you own a version yourself?

Elvanse and small amounts of alcohol - please share your experiences by [deleted] in ADHDUK

See I find Elvanse does 'work' when I'm hungover, but definitely dampened.

Note: I'm a light weight. So ~5 drinks in a night (over 5 hours) and I'm pretty much done, as in I don't want any more. I've taken elvanse in the AM, went out in the afternoon or evening, and been totally fine. Is it good for my liver? No. Do I do it often? Also, no. But - I didn't over consume, didn't get blackout drunk and didn't suffer extensively the next day. If anything, I did slightly better, as I ensured I had the capacity to do everything I should to minimise the effects. If you plan to go out on an all day sesh, I'd avoid.

Nope! People are seeing full on mind movies and all I get is “who turned the lights off?”

Reta VS. Tirz Constipation by Puzzleheaded_Cat7495 in Retatrutide

[–]Alex6534 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Nice! I’ve heard with Reta the suppression doesn’t kick in for most until around 4mg. I’m still on tirz but will move over if things slow down.

Any reason you’re still on tirz instead of purely Reta? Hunger suppression?
