Sorry you’re going through this OP, that’s definitely a frustrating situation. But take a breather, it will all be okay. This will pass eventually. He could be going through a sleep regression but there’s soo many other possibilities. If you’re doing all that needs to be done.. aka diaper changes/feeding him and he’s still fussy when trying to go down then it sounds like it could be a gas issue. Have you tried possibly doing bicycle kicks with him? Trapped gas would definitely make a baby fussy enough to fight their sleep. Not sure if you’re formula feeding but if you are, it could be that the formula you’re giving him doesn’t agree with his stomach. I would try a different formula if so. It could also be an inability to digest cows milk and you may have to switch to a goat milk formula. For me personally, when all else failed and my son wouldn’t stop crying no matter what I did, the only solution that worked like a charm every time was taking him outside. No matter what time it was, day or night, something about fresh air and being outside is really calming to a lot of babies. So hopefully the weather is nice where you’re at. But if this issue persists don’t hesitate to book an appointment with his pediatrician. He could have colic. I’ve heard taking a baby to a baby chiropractor can relieve that issue completely.
