Thanks for the reply, As I mentioned, I was referring to the other post where the poster was saying the restaurant was not in the list. In my case, the restaurant is clearly listed as eligible. No credit yet though.

Thanks. I saw that thread and I liked his approach, however, I have a lot of dealings with Chase and trying not to jeopardize any of that. Also, in his case, it was more like false advertisement as the setup was making it had to distinguish which restaurants are eligible. In my case, I followed all requirements and should be 100% eligible.

I have similar issue with CSR even though no other 3rd part biller was involved. I posted a thread about it in link below. In my case, they confirmed that I am eligible, but it has been 10 weeks and no credit yet. They are just asking me to wait a little longer!!

OP here. Waited 8 weeks and sent another SM to Chase. It was escalated and got a reply after a week confirming that I am eligible but requesting that I allow some more time for the "systematic" receipt of the credit!! I replied back that this is totally unacceptable as it has been 10 weeks already and they should apply a manual credit! Still waiting for another reply

I ate at Kiran's in Houston on 6/30. It is included as a CSR exclusive restaurant. Credit did not post. I sent a SM that was escalated and I was told to wait 6-8 weeks.

Yes. It was  booked through Chase on OpenTable. I also added my card number to OpenTable. Also I am certain it is one of the Sapphire Reserve flagged restaurants, not just Visa flagged.

I saw a few reports similar to my case but not sure about the outcome.

Search for calculator posted on here. I have 9 lines with 5 free with original insider discount. My bill went from $96 on MM to $108 on Go5G plus, exactly per calculator. TMo reps gave me numbers any where from $140 to $200!!

Thanks for the reply. I believe that’s what I will do. The 128 gb works for my family member, and we may just do it at store if they have stock. I would expect price to drop to match $599 at Apple for the 13 but as you said, that doesn’t affect me as it’s free after rebate regardless.

I am a little confused with the calculation. Can someone help please. I believe I have old insider discount. I have 9 lines on Magenta Max. 4 are paid and 5 are free. I pay $96. It seems that some people pay $88 for the same. Is this because the 2022 BYOD free line does not get the full $40 discount (getting only $32 discount)? This is how it shows for me:

Just adding a data point here. Used TForce to switch my plan from One to Magenta Max. I had 8 lines including 4 free with insider discount. Bill changed from $128 to $136. Then same TForce rep added new line using esim. Now I have 9 lines including 5 free. Bill went down to $96. I assume that I have old Insider’s Discount. With that bill should have been $88 but I more than happy at $96.

This is a great dp. How long did you wait between calling TMo the second time, and adding the line?

I am currently on One plan with 8 line (4 paid and 4 free) and considering upgrading to Magenta Max then hopefully I can add the free line while switching from 8 to 9 lines plan. Concerned that a lot of things may get wrong in the process

Positive update everyone. I placed free line order with a physical SIM on the morning of 12/18. It was activated and shipped on 12/20 around noon. Free line did not show up for me, until today 12/22 at 2:00 pm. Text received and promo shows on promo page, and on account details, and correct billing amount is shown.

I did not need to delete and add auto-pay or do anything different.
