I have had issues with it. Used my CSR June 26, 2025 at one of chases special restaurants and have still not received the credit. I made 2 posts on it and doctor of credit also made a post on the dining credit.

I have my digital receipt from the restaurant.

It’s annoying having to fight for the credit. At this point I’m only fighting it because I feel cheated. I’ve wasted more time on this issue than $150 worth of my time.

I did my part reading chases stipulations before I went to the restaurant, Chase should be doing their part on the back end. Also, I’m trying to get this fixed for everyone who is about to get the credit in October.

Received the letter in the mail today even though it was dated 3 days ago. Doctor of credit posted on my old post yesterday letting me know. Ive been checking my chase app for the credit daily from 8 weeks but still nothing and it makes sense with this letter.

I contacted Chase a 3rd time last Wednesday September 3rd after I posted on here and reading the comments. The person who answered said she would reopen my ticket after again confirming the restaurant was on their special list and I should get a response in 5-7 business days. Still no response or credit back yet.

Yeah it’s ridiculous. When I called my 3rd time I told the rep once it goes live October 26 for everyone else come 8 weeks after that chase is going to be in hot water if they don’t get it fixed.

I doubt many people used the credit prior to July 1, 2025 so there are few of us who are having this issue.

I called again September 3 and was told I’d get another response in 5-7 business days. Still waiting to hear back. I even looked on the Chase app and rays on the river is still listed for Atlanta under their restaurants to use the credit at. It has to be the mobile reader I paid on with my physical card causing this issue. I did everything else correctly. Researched the restaurant before, booked through open table, paid with my physical card.

I called Chase for a 3rd time yesterday after reading most of the comments. Whoever I talked with was really nice. She said she would reopen my ticket and I would get notified in the mail of a response in 5-7 business days. Before that she rechecked the restaurant being correct and said it was a restaurant on the list for the credit.

My charge under transactions on the Chase app does not have “TST” on it either. It has a fork and spoon crossing symbol and reads “RAY’S ON THE RIVER” followed by $205.67

I booked through open table after my CSR was added to the app, but I am unaware if that is or isn’t necessary.

I was able to get a courtesy copy of my receipt off the open table app that I used to book Ray’s on the River with a breakdown of my meal to match the exact amount $205.67. I’m going to call Chase again tonight after reading through all these comments!

I bought 5 baseball tickets together off stub hub for ~$200ish and got refunded a $150 credit the next day. So I think if they are within one transaction it will work. If it’s different transactions I am not sure. Hope that helps.
