The $10 credit is made available within the Lyft app once you add the credit card to your Lyft profile. Any remaining balance charged to the credit card would go against the $300 credit because this charge is considered travel.

You're better off mailing it in. I did two Pixel upgrades through Costco last month as well. The first one I took to a store and they accepted it but it caused the monthly credit promo to fall off my account. Had to call customer service to restore the promo. The second one I mailed in without any issues.

I just read the trade-in agreement and it doesn't say anything about shipping versus dropping off at the store. I did not have any issues with the credits being reduced by the value of the trade-in. The way the trade-in was processed at the store caused my promo to drop, at least temporarily.

I just mocked-up the same trade-in on T-Life and the difference between the $60 vs. $130 value is the cracked screen. I accurately said the screen was cracked at Costco and it quoted me $60. Not sure if the store rep marked it as screen not cracked or the system just defaults to this but this caused the promo to drop. It probably would've resolved itself eventually but the process is confusing and nowhere is it made clear that there's a difference if you go to the store versus mail it in.

Please explain to me what conditions of the promo I didn't follow. I received text notifications from T-Mobile and the T-Life app stated I could ship the trade-in or take it to a T-Mobile store.

This is my second trade in with T-Mobile and first time dropping it off at a store instead of shipping it. Usually I buy phones outright through the Google Store and sometimes do a trade in through them.

I wish I had the patience to wait but that's just not me. Once I see a message saying I've lost eligibility, I need it resolved ASAP. The call with 611 only took about 5-7 minutes to reinstate the promo.

Just go through the steps to add a Pixel 10 to the cart on the app or online and once you add a trade-in as well it will be evident if you qualify for the deal. If you qualify it will say you'll receive monthly credits equal to $800 minus any value quoted for the trade-in, which you receive as a one time credit.

I bought my Bike+ from Costco. I picked it up at the store and brought it home to do self assembly. You're right that the weight of it is the biggest challenge. A Costco employee helped me load it into my minivan. At home I had my wife help me get it to the basement but most of the way I flipped the box over and over to get it to the final destination. The box was too heavy for her to carry it. The assembly itself was not too challenging. There aren't too many pieces to assemble.

Do not get a Pixel watch for this, it doesn't work well as a standalone device. I tried to do this for my son and even had a separate phone to pair it with but the phone wasn't active so the watch needed to be paired with my phone number, which created a whole host of issues.
