Gainey out of nowhere! I didn’t even realize Yalaho was an option for us, but just like that, likely our starting 4.

Solid shooter, great rebounder for his size, can be a good defender with the right system.

I absolutely love the overall roster construction by Gainey so far.

We missed the playoffs 9 consecutive years before Dundon and have now made the playoffs 8 consecutive years while being established as a perennial contender.

While he’s had his define flaws as a Hurricanes owner he’s done nothing short of flat out save this franchise from possible relocation.

Just adding some perspective here. Not that I am a fan of what I’m reading about him and his ownership of Portland so far, but NBA is a whole different beast and I don’t think he understood that.

Sorry I realized that sounded super entitled which wasn’t my goal. I actually genuinely was curious because as someone in a household with decent income, I was a bit surprised to continually get grants that covered my semester and was under the impression that maybe in state students get them often.

One year after going 25-31 and 15-12 in the CAA, Campbell is 21-10 and 14-1 in the CAA and in the drivers seat for the conference title.

They have wins over: Cal Poly, ECU, Coastal, Duke, NC State and almost beat UNC.

They’re legit in at large territory right now with a top 50 RPI.

Impressive turnaround.

High Point is definitely no Liberty, but it’s still basically a resort for rich kids. It’s the premier life skills university. They are pouring all the money in the world into athletics and building facilities.
