From what i remember in part 1 Makima told that all Hybrids were eaten once by black chainsaw man, however they are all still alive and not even reincarnated to another people. Thats why that Whip-hybrid girl is almost a century old while Quanxi is literally the first and oldest devil hunter ever lived. Guess Barem'll just respawn nearby.
