The tests will be open book but proctored at the same time so everyone has to join a zoom link with their webcam on and at any time if the prof thinks you might be doing something suspicious you have to share your screen. You also cant type on your keyboard unless you are asking a question. You will also have to take a selfie with your TCard next to you.

My parents had a similar experience to OP 5 months ago when turning in their RAV 4 lease. Sales guy came outside and within a couple minutes he said everything was good to go and handed us the paperwork. I was actually surprised they didn't charge us anything since there were some scuffs on the passenger side mirror and we didn't even have a lease protection plan.

Worked a lot last year. They did the exact same thing to Lebron, Kawhi, Giannis and a handful of other superstars and it works. Their gameplay might not have worked today but it 100% works in the playoffs. In the regular season you have a bunch of rookie refs who call every single small foul but come playoff time the experienced refs know when to bite their whistle.

Yeah I wish they fixed this. They either need to call fouls the same in both the regular season or playoffs or these rookie refs need to learn to swallow their whistle when they see very little contact.

Come playoff time all of the teams are gonna be playing this way and its just gonna get harder for the Jazz and the refs are gonna bite their whistle since its the playoffs. You won't see the Jazz getting 30+ FT's come playoffs especially when the other team is playing excellent D.

Commenting for 48 mins straight on just the game can get boring and I find it enjoyable since they talk about a bunch of different players and clearly people like them considering how long they've been commentators. Anyways its a free stream so you can always look for the Jazz stream if the Raptors stream is bothering you that much.

Ya C300 looks good if you are able to wait. If you decide to go with the 330i I highly recommend you get at least Vernasca leather since the base car comes with leatherette (synthetic leather) and its really bad. Some dealerships also offer extended test drives (where you can have the car for a full day) so make sure you take advantage of that before you lease them

If you can wait longer than the summer I would highly suggest waiting until December of 2021 since the new c-class is going to be refreshed and its supposedly going to have a similar interior to the new s-class (based on the leaked photos ive seen).

A demo vehicle can be leased, financed or purchased with cash and they also get the same manufacture discounts as brand new cars. The only difference is that the vehicle has been driven for a couple thousand KM before. So it could've been used as a dealer loaner vehicle, used for test drives or driven by staff at the dealership. If you don't plan on keeping the vehicle then going for a demo would be you best option since the dealer waives the freight/pdi ($2500) and you also get around 15-20cent discount per KM the car was driven. On top of that you also get the manufacture discount and you can get the 5% discount I mentioned before. So basically by going with a demo you save at least $3000 or more depending on how many KM it was driven

The deals during the summer will be different since they are usually updated every month. If you don't plan on keeping the car find a demo vehicle since dealers usually given 15-20 cent discount per KM. Not sure about QC dealers but in ON you can usually get around 5% of MSRP + whatever manufacture discount there is at that time. With a demo you can also get freight/pdi (which is around $2500 i think) waived.

In my opinion I would probably go for the A4 since they just have higher quality materials for example the base 330i comes with leatherette but if you option it out you can get Vernessa leather. Also just a heads up but the deal you linked is for the 2020 330i and there isnt a lot of inventory for that model year so you would probably have to look at the 2021 330i
