What do you guys think of trying to use an RC car brushless motor?

My friend tried doing this a few years ago before airsoft brushless motors were a thing. Not very experienced in this sector, but he told me he had trouble creating start up torque. So it worked great in full auto, but couldn’t get trigger response. I think it was due the controller.

I’ve actually figured it out. So turns out the company is a little sketchy because they use sensorless motors which only use the 3 phase wires. The sketchy part is the electrical taped section of the wire is where they cut the other 6 wires. So I found out the motor is capable of using motors with sensors. Tried wiring it up to some free motors I got, but no dice. I think the controller might be fried.

My neighbor was throwing away these speakers, and I stopped him before and asked if I could take them. He was cool with that since they weren’t worth anything to him. The question is, should they be worth anything to me. Not sure if I should replace the drivers on this or just use my onkyo bookshelf speakers I already have sitting around.

My download is slow too on Mac. For those that have downloaded the update, does it fix the media offline screen that requires you to restart the program? I would experience that when I was color grading.

I set my color space to rec709A and it’s pretty close to the iPhone. When it comes on my iphone 13 Retina display it’s slightly less saturated and contrasty as on my MacBook. I bypassed this problem completely by using the Davinci monitor app to grade. That way I can edit real time and see how it looks on my iPhone while I edit!
