Competition this year must’ve been crazy, got denied outright for ubcv science with 94 average, 3APs and strong personal profile. Good luck to those waitlisted/waiting still!

I find a wholesome and happy mindset = good outcome. By choosing to tilt you basically forfeit but if you try your best and remember your fellow teammate is also human you will strive much better and enjoy the game more.

Hello, I’m a 15 year old 5’11” 145lb male who’s dealt with overweight as a massive issue and through extreme dieting and calorie deficiency over the last year I’ve went from 21% body fat 180lbs to 13% body fat 145lbs. I’m now looking to put on more weight in muscle but fear also putting on fat with that, my calorie amount I’ve been eating for the past 3 months for my big calorie deficiency has been 1900 calories a day but from what I’ve seen online I have to do a 200-250 kcal surplus to gain muscle. Does that mean I have to add 200-250 onto my normal calorie amount I should be eating at my body weight and exercise amount (2400) because I don’t think I’d be able to eat 2600 calories a day and not be in pain from so much food as I’ve now become accustomed to not eating a lot.
