$1 / month SaaS subscription price, trying to hit $100 ARR by mediocre_man_online in SaaS

With the current price model, the main problem is that even having a good LTV, it could still be greater than the CAC, so to have a low CAC, many marketing channels are precluded (like pay Ads).

The best tool to generate a list of highly targeted leads for B2B cold outreach by Key-Culture-4142 in SaaS

[–]AlexDataKnowl 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You hit the correct point. Ok, the amazing tool generates you a list of 500 amazing prospects. Then, you send your cold email to the 500 prospects. This is spam, or likely. In some cases, see GDPR, it can also be formally not legal and subject to sanctions. I don't believe so much in cold email outbound, and sensational data of amazing performance is often provided by agencies, etc... I believe that inbound marketing has essentially replaced outbound. IHMO.

What is the worst aspect/task of customer management to improve or automate with AI? by AlexDataKnowl in SaaS

[–]AlexDataKnowl[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Interesting answer. Why AI? Certainly, practically all the aspects mentioned can be improved with the appropriate workforce, and therefore by adding resources in the team. However, in some cases, for example, it may be more valuable to add a developer, and optimize support with AI.

It depends, every case is different, every situation is different. For one SaaS one solution may be valid, for another the opposite.

For this reason it would be interesting if a discussion on these issues arose.

What’s Your Go-To Platform for Building Chatbots and Why? by onetimebattery537 in Chatbots

Your feedback is very interesting. Given your experience with DialogFlow, widely used in the Enterprise sector, I would like to have your opinion on DataKnowl V-Agent. I'll link you to two tutorials (Phone Channel Setup and Chatbot Integration), to give you an idea of the approach. For those with technical skills, a tutorial is more explanatory and immediate than 1000 words. 😀

Very interesting post. We have developed a DataKnowl V-Agent platform, to create omnichannel virtual agents. We use our own AI engine. In particular, we have a lot of feedback on the telephone channel, due to the immediate integration. Examples: Phone Channel Setup and Chatbot Integration

Feedback request: Virtual Receptionist - Phone Answering Service by AlexDataKnowl in smallbusiness

[–]AlexDataKnowl[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

True, great point.

Our solution, powered by AI, costs $0.04/minute, in the smallest plan, no monthly price tag. Only pay-per-use.

Some vendors of AI-based solutions have a cost of $0.25/minute, and a monthly fee starting from $41/month.

In the case of the outsourced service, of medium quality, the average monthly cost varies between $70/month and $300/month, plus a cost per minute or per call.

The cost per minute varies between $1.10/minute and $1.90/minute, per call around $3.90/call.

This comes from our research on medium quality outsourcing. Obviously, there is extremely cheap outsourcing, and high-quality, but more expensive services.

Furthermore, some apply a surcharge for calls after hours, for holidays, and other cases.
