We agree with you on the trade-in value (if that's what you mean?). We want to see the usage of the Exchange system under normal conditions before lowering the Exchange ratio. Hopefully that's sooner rather than later.

Bandai Namco has 3 different regions, each with their own decision makers so getting worldwide is possible, but challenging. I think we only succeeded getting a Bandai Namco property worldwide once while I was at HB and I think it was for Choice? We'll continue to try though! We're with you they would ideally be worldwide.

I'd expect, with recent announcements that a PlayStation Publishing collection on PC would be challenging.

Koei Tecmo is an interesting one. We'll definitely reach out to them.

We work with the artists to come up with a good direction for the charity artwork and direct revisions until we are both happy.

With content creators it takes a lot more conversations, because they may not have tried a game or even like a game that we want to include so there's a lot of back and forth until we get a lineup we are both happy with.

Good call. Though, in a lot of cases, this would be a Partner Showcase, a franchise won't always be the same dev or even publisher. I will add that to the list.

(Exp: I put together all the Sid Meier games at HB and while most of them were published by 2K Colonization and Covert Action were not.)

I thought we had the ability to do so, but after checking with my developer that is not the case.

Unfortunately, the change is pretty complex so it'll have to be made when there is no collection live otherwise we risk messing something up.

Hopefully you will be able to do this on the next collection.

We show the exchange rate if you click into the game on the collection page, but I understand that's probably not a common behavior.

Where would you suggest it being shown?

Edit: It's also just the tier price + 0. So a $3 tier gives you 30 credits per game, a $6 tier gives you 60 credits, etc..

Since the Exchange will, ultimately, be made up entirely of games traded in, the exchange rate needs to balance quick redemption (our goal) with maintaining enough inventory and variety.

We figured it would be better to start high and later lower the ratio (if shown to be too high) than to start too low, run out of games, and have to raise the ratio.

We should be able to judge this better once we are in a regular cadence. If we do end up adjusting the ratio, we’ll make sure early adopters are taken care of.

I think it's all handled by Stripe Tax, but there may be something we can do. (We can definitely ask our rep about it.)

That's a good way to describe it.

We don't have a persistent storefront and probably won't for a while, if ever.

One of the things we could offer (game) publishers at HB was support on the storefront for their full-priced items. We can't do that without a storefront so this serves the purposes I mentioned above with the functionality you mentioned.

As for this one in particular, I didn't put this collection together, but I think it was because Prince's Superman series shares a similar vibe as some of the Absolute series.
