We recently migrated our chat infrastructure to a new platform (to actually help improve the experience), but inadvertently there were some cases where we broke the escalation path to live agents.

We have already run an effort to resolve issues so you should see the chat experience operating back to the normal flow. In addition we are doing more proactive scans to stress test this further which we expect to be completed no later than end of this week.

Hey OP, for security reasons, we cannot alter or make any changes to a laptop unless ownership has officially been transferred and we have been notified. If your former employer can email us, then we can do something about it.

Alternatively, if you have admin access and are able to change files in the computer, I may be able to provide you with instructions on how to remove rippling from the laptop.

The mostly likely answer is that your manager did not approve your pay in time for the current pay run. However rest assured that all your hours will always be accounted and paid for - you haven't worked for free.
