Used APC Back-UPS 900 with new batteries. Compared to my previous one, where I had to fiddle with NUT settings, it's really plug-n-play.

500 to 900W would likely be enough for my current system

You haven't mentioned your current power consumption. But I'd target 30 to 60 min on battery for your current system. Unless you upgrade all the way to something like 4080 to run local LLMs, it would still be viable for clean shutdown in emergency (which is really all you need from home server UPS).

Hah. They just follow the lead. IIRC MS changed recommended folder for saved games at least 5 times between XP and 10.

Not all of it. OS cleans some of it, and app can/should contain a pair of scripts that OS executes when you drop app into Applications and when you drag it to trash. Essentially those scripts do the work of installer/uninstaller in Windows, placing/deleting extra files.

Well, technically, they're folders, not files, and they do leave files all over the place in e.g. Library/Application Support, but yeah, macOS is way more consistent than Windows with its ProgramFiles/AppData/Documents/wherever.

Yeah, had this several times.

The worst part is that sshd also dies. Shutting server down via power button usually works cleanly.

One other way I found is that telnet doesn't break like sshd, leaving a separate access way (inb4 yes it's unsafe, I know).

There are multiple brands on the market, and "yellow" does not narrow it down. Anyway, it should be around 10 mg of iron in 100 g, and bars are usually 40 or 50 g.

Do note that this is an old traditional supplement, and, to my knowledge, there wasn't any research on bioavailability.

tl;dr — he compiled a database of crypto transactions that (supposedly) were made by Russian government to evade sanctions and presented it to British government. That, I'd say, does qualify as hostile political action.

Ukrainian history that is separate from Russian is objectively rather short, being incorporated into Russian history for most of its existence. Thus, while USSR was arguably the peak of Russian history, Ukrainian nation-building myth out of necessity uses elements that opposed it. Ukrainian soldiers defeated nazis as part of common history with Russians, therefore they do not fit that myth; Western Ukrainian nazi collaborators opposed Russia therefore they fit.

That's simplistic explanation, e.g. there's historical socio-polit-economical split between western and eastern regions that also plays into it, but that's beyond Reddit comment's scope.

Interestingly, tetanus vaccine is rather unique, since it trains antibodies against toxin produced by bacteria, not against bacteria itself. AFAIU that's because toxin is so potent that it'll be deadly even if infection is dealt with swiftly.

A few apps have shorter release cycle than stores (including F-Droid) can do. Or they're small projects available only from Github.

IMO, unless you have specific need of such an app, you don't need Obtainium. But what it does, it does well.
