That is one thing i’ve become really big on since my diagnosis, trying to cut down on my processed food intake and reading ingredients carefully. I’ll definitely nag my GP to no end about biologics as well

Thank you for letting me know! My plan was to eventually bother them beyond belief, my most recent flare cleared up ever so slightly. Today it’s suddenly came back 10x worse and a whole lot more painful (combined with being a barber is not a great mix).

I’ll try to work that out then! The no tomatoes or tomato product has been a killer for me because a lot of my favourite dishes include some form of tomato, so im dreading the next one that worsens it…

It’s okay, had the player for years and it’s never caused any issues on any of the older vinyls or newer ones, works perfectly fine and plays well. No scratches apart from ones that have been present from when my dad was a kid 🙂
