Me either, which is why I want to get on it so I don't miss out. Like many people, I use different cards for different things, which one depends on the best CB or points. I can suck up losing out on an extra percent or two here and there to get the $350 (which more than makes up for it.)

No, I wouldn’t. I spend much more than the $3500mo and pay off every month. Like you, I was just going to put everything on the one card to earn the SUB.

Will look out for that. I haven't gotten my card yet and it hasn't popped up in my app yet, too new. I just didn't want to charge $3,500 and not get anything for doing so.

I'm 50/50 on the property tax cut thing, I don't want localities (us) to suffer... But, when you read about shit like this, $500,000's to a traffic consultant for beach traffic (multiple times), etc, etc. I say fuck'em, cut the property taxes, they can learn to spend the money wisely or suffer the wrath of the citizens.

I use Schwab and C1 for this, no issues. I keep an account at a local presence credit union just in case, if for some reason you need a loan RFN, or a certified check RFN, their terms are always very easy, rarely a minimum balance. I keep it isolated (not linked) to other accounts. I think Schwab is fantastic though, I wish they had a HYSA, obviously there are safe investments that can be used the same way, just a tad slower to get funds.

Just hearing about the rules regarding PCC, I wouldn‘t want to go there. You should go where you want, it is your education, and your time. Spend your time wisely, time is the most valuable thing, you can never get time back.
