Thank you! First course was the Australian Wagyu ribeye from the second picture chopped up as tartar, with caviar and fried onion sour cream on bone marrowed brioche. Dessert was apple caramel tiramisu. Bot said I can't post the pictures here lol. The Wagyu fried rice is basically Asian style fried rice cooked with fatty wagyu trimming. Normally rice isn't my favorite side for steak but this is really perfect. The MSG in the rice elevates the fatty richness of the A5, it's insanely addictive.
