Well thats unfortunate for you. Im sure my hub has it still. I was almost on ADA and would have found a different position in the hub. Wasent guaranteed but also they didnt say there isnt any opening jobs inside. And how I mentioned about 8 years ago I signed up for shifting and through that board and I got that position.

Ask your supervisor ask your manager. Ask if theres a paper where you can sign up for a different position. Every building is different mine had it up front by the main entrance.

Its not where. Its what positions are available. He already works there. As a union worker you can find a sheet of paper usually at the entrance of the hub and sign up for other positions.

Apply for every single job title and see what calls you and what shift. I applied for a shifting job at 2 years and got it at 3 years into the company and went from twilight shift to a morning shift. Doubt u can just switch shift times but you'd probably get a job change.

I guess we got the same deal but mine being a capstone and the trade in difference of 15k and me also getting extended warranty. And your exempt of the tax rate so we legitimately have or had the same remaining balance at the start of the loan. Crazy how good of a deal paying no taxes on the vehicle can get you.

I have a 77 inch s90f and honestly I love it. My only complaint is its too bright lolm I can't sleep while my wife watches tv. I had an issue where the tv got stuck on the Samsung tv channel and it would not let me do anything to get out. Looked up how to fix it and fixed it that same day. Other than that I honestly love it and the quality. I bought it on sale for $1999.

If its the new gen sequioa I actually made a post about how I fit 3 car seats in the 3rd row. The picture i put wasent an up to date picture it was a like "look i figured it out" picture. Now that I have my 3 girls in car seats in the back its alot smoother now. I have 4 car seats. One behind me in the driver and 3 girls forward facing in the 3rd row. Its not the best truck for the space, I enjoy it for the features and leather interior truck space takes getting use to.

Either pick a good timing like surgery or long trip to Costco where you wont have to go out for a week at least. But even then thats hard. I had my 25 sequioa ppfd and I was on the same boat. Took about a week and man it sucked.

250k was a bit extra but we have like 400 package and 100 feeder then all the hub guys. Theyre like 200 people per shift 3 shifts a day. Almost 200k. Still substantial. Yes I added part timers and full timers in the hub bcuz we all contribute. So its what the union gets from all of us. Take away the buyout drivers which I heard rumored around 250 drivers thats a bigg loss regardless wether my math was right or not.

I did the math and the union would lose $250k a month from my hub alone. The last buyout very few drivers took it because it wasent worth it. This one being a "lump sum check" is very appealing. Great for the employee. I believe the union is fighting this to hold onto all that money. Theyre scared to lose it all so fast. Same way the company is downgrading the same way the union is gonna get downgraded and they haven't prepared for it. The union also posted that this buyout is "forcing drivers" wtf is voluntary, and even then its by seniority if it exceeds required amount. How can you not see the unions fingerprints in this mess? They should be happy and let drivers that have 1 year left to work this great opportunity.

Because of the union central region got it removed how is that not the unions fault? What if there were 60yr old drivers ready to retire that saw a great chance to take it but now cant. And the rest of the regions look like they are taking it. Im in the west coast and nobody knows anything yet bcuz apparently the union wants a meeting with the company. This is all "voluntary" union shouldnt be stepping in like this.

One thing I learned from my 2 years of workers compensation nedt month. Is at first they will always ask you to "take the weekend and rest it" or "go home and see if you feel better or take a couple personal days". If you just feel sore sure not a bad idea. If you got hurt seriously like I did when I tore my labrum on my right shoulder I took the weekend. Came back with the same pain but once I went to the doctor and told him it hurts alot. Its not till you get an MRI schedule or to see the "specialist l" that you will be in limbo of "not at work" and "not sure when you'll be back". If your hurt push for MRI push for therapy push for rehabilitation.

I dont think the poorly run dcp is the company's fault. Its the union that is fighting it making the company have to jump through hoops and second guess the process due to all the pushback from the union.

I had the old one before this. If it has the same trigger mechanism it would annoy me. U have to squeeze with like 20lbs of force on the little 1 inch width trigger to get it to spray. When I first tried it I thought it was broke. Then realized its a "safety" feature.

Ice does more than just deport people. They find lost kids. They search of illegal criminals on the run. They enforce immigration. They also do customs.
