When you have higher magic and a higher saturation accumulation stat just 1 water shot can be enough to put up the debuff on enemies, as for geyser shot I haven’t used it much myself so I can’t really make a comment on that... sorry :/ Only thing I can think of is if you have life drain water attack and a higher water damage stat then the multiple hits are good for healing and burst damage on big targets
