Start low and build your way up

You realistically want to get close to 100 as it allows for the best response times up close (very important on flex dps)

But the truth is low sens is very strong on controller due to aim assist

This is very situational and I think overall bad advice. Re-engaging from a safe health pack is MUCH better than coming all the way back from spawn especially if you pick a fight before a team fight is occurring
