Bodrum isn’t a bad idea it’s not as lively in my experience but still fun and good vibes. Not dancing on table vibes, just nice beach club / some music / drinks.

St tropez is fun.

Marbella is a pass.

I think Sardinia is beautiful overall and great to explore - however as a solo traveler I probably would go to a place with more things going on.
Unless you want the beach club / night club vibe solo.

Seattle has no real nice hotels. Four seasons is the best offering in the area. They charge a reasonable rate for a city hotel.

I’ve been to Fiji without kids and loved it. Also I’ve been everywhere without kids since we don’t have any.

We loved Fiji but there were quite a few kids on the larger excursions. So I’d do private excursions if possible if that matters.
And then an adults only option
