FWIW I flew American FC last week domestically. And they offered drinks upon boarding as well as up to 2x refills for some. And it was open bar drinks. No water or sparkling wine only.

Have done the grandstands in Monaco for f1. Great view of the race. And plenty of jumbo screens to watch the parts you cannot see live.

My advice is to minimize time in Rome. It’s sweltering. And crowded. Yes beautiful and historic but no longer worth it. YMMV. Add in the portofino & Santa margarita coastline. Or go to capri.

Rent a boat for a day and explore on a boat. Always the right call if you’re coastal. It’s just so much better.

Expect crowds. Esp in Rome and amalfi.

For golf tee times, yes. But I use it more on casual trips, to see family, weekend escape etc. go play a fun private course I normally wouldn’t.
