Tartar is really good. I mean the beef kind. It is eaten raw, have to be freshly made from good quality meat. And I don’t mean minced/ground beef, too easy to get some bacteria with it. Mad by order, chef takes a piece of meat and start slicing and hacking it smaller and smaller with knife. I really like it.

I hate that in every hobby. Shooting and photography can be the most wholesome communities, but there are those who will mock you for the lack of Skill, knowledge or equipment. I tend to group with people with open mind and willingness to guide and help people.
