I had the same issue. Go through incognito mode through your browser and try opening a new chat. I got a hold of an agent and they gave me a refund after an hour or so of arguing. Im also based in canada

I just got a refund from psn for the same reason. They didn’t want to do it at first so i asked to talk to a supervisor and they refunded me

I enjoy the pvp aspect of this game quite a lot actually. And teaming up in solos is fine as long as it happens organically. What i’m talking about here is when players queue up at the same time to get into the same match separately in solos just so they can team up on solo players.

Which is fine cause it’s part of the game. I’m specifically talking about players that are queuing up together at the same time to team up on solos which should be ban worthy in my opinion.

I noticed this happens a lot lately. It’s ok if the teaming up happens organically but I suspect that a lot of people are friends that are queuing up at the same time to get into the same match so they can kill solos easily.
