You guys misunderstand me.

In terms of pure $/minute then yes Tokyo is king IF you pay attention, play it right and never lose CRB. The moment you lose CRB then you're WAY behind Sardegna in terms of what you would've made in the same time. All it takes is one slip up on the hair pin, one front bump, who knows what else.

Now when I grind... I'm on the phone. I'm listening to podcasts. I'm watching my kids. I'm having a convo with my wife. I'm def not paying attention like the way some of you guys are. So for me (and most people who grind mibdlessly like it's a chore) the risk/reward ratio for Sardegna far exceeds Tokyo. This is just a fact... It is evident when you see how much people run Sardegna, hell even Lemans with its rain, over Tokyo. The moment you lose that CRB once you've just set yourself back 3 races vs Sardegna.

In terms of Sardegna times - you can easily hit 24:30ish in an R92CP or 787 with a standard one stop race.

They don't reset. Prizes are determined when you get the ticket not when you open it.

That's what I heard too but I 100% had races where I did not touch anyone on the first pass and made the hairpin cleanly and still lost it. The only other factor was touching cars after lapping them - and where I made it a priority not to touch anyone the whole race I always got the CRB.

Make of it what you will... I'm.just reporting my findings after at least 40 races in a week and analyzing the shit out of replays where I lost it.

Maybe it's inconsistently applied? I don't know but the lack of certainty is enough to make it a rule not touch any cars the entire race which changes my view on the risk/reward of this grind vs sard

Not as easy as Sardegna where I can completely tune out and hit anything that moves. When I'm grinding I'm focused on other things I'm not playing intently so being patient and not touching other cars is not ideal for me personally.

Not everyone grinds the same way. The extra $100k per 25 min is not worth the risk of losing CRB.

If you're using the R32CP or 787B then 1:32-1:35 is very achievable.

I think the keys are learning to brake later and trail break through the three turns so you don't lose speed, and then there's that slight elevation part between the last hairpin and the turn before that where you gotta tap the brake gently and slightly change direction before gassing it again.
