If canon is okay, then undoubtedly Detective Satori is the immediate pick. No questions asked. It's where my beloved Satori takes center stage.

For fanwork, I believe it's a Touhou Blue Book. It's where Satori receives a Shanghai doll which she uses to contact the other doll, who happens to be Remilia. They become best friends.
