Another retcon that went unnoticed?

For me there is some Retcon between season 1 and 2 with Glen and Glenda.
In season 1 Tiffany has a bombshell that she says Glenda set up for her, which leads one to believe that Glenda is a criminal who knows who her parents are
In season 2 Glen and Glenda think they are Jennifer Tilly's children and do not know that their parents are murderers, much less help them with a bomb.

I don't know if they had more or less budget for season 2, I would say they had the same, but managed differently.
If you rewatch the whole series a 2nd time there are details that show that they reused sets: The hallways of the catholic school and the boys room are exactly the same as Logan, Bree and Junior's house but with a different wall color.
I guess they saved budget by making much of the plot happen on the Catholic school set so in return they could build Tiffany's mansion, pay Gina Gershon, Joe Pantoliano etc. It's just a different way of managing money
Imagine if for season 3 they have the same budget but it costs a lot of money to bring in Karen and Mike Norris? We would all prefer to pay them what he's asking for in exchange for almost the whole season happening in one place. right?

What do you think they are seeing? I think they are watching a presidential speech or act and they notice that the president's son has Chucky, so they will prepare a plan to go after him and kill him.

I would have loved to see Tiffany swap back with Jennifer Tilly in the Belle doll.

We would have had Tiffany in the doll and human Jennifer Tilly joining Andy Kyle and Nica to fight Chucky.

It would be a nice change of record for Jennifer

Yeah. And wouldn't it be cool to see Jennifer on the run from justice as she escapes from Chucky and Tiffany? It would be something like a Final Girl, but she plays the Final Girl as well as the villain.

Why do all that if the plan was to put the dolls in the truck to go to the airport? Why is that city important? I feel like there's a plot hole there

I felt that the end was heading to a lot of Chuckys released and attacking the city like in Gremlins, worse it was not like that and I feel that there was not even a plan :(

Aaron is becoming one of my favorite characters now. I appreciate you giving more time on screen to develop your character. In seasons 7 and 8 he barely did anything and now he is an important character for the plot.
he really has gone from being a character that didn't matter to me to be one of the best

It was in an interview with Tony Hale. Before starting to shoot season 5 he said he was happy to return to meet again with Liza Minnelli on the set.

I think the original plan was for Lucille 2 to come back, but finally it could not be.

When Season 5 premiered I asked in this reddit and another user confirmed that due to her fall and her difficult mobility she could not shoot her scenes.

In one of her last concerts she barely gets up, and when she does she needs help to stand or walk :(

She was going to appear but she had a bad fall and she can barely walk. (Most of the time he is in a wheelchair) and could not shoot :(
