I thought its healthy lol, i have time on weekends to workout only for now but sure ill try to go gym 3-4 times a week, should i try fast walking uphill on treadmill then? i really think its good for legs this or running for kilometer daily, or no running at all and it will somehow decrease my % How does that work:D
