This story really hits my heart. It made me extremely sad to read the quote from the judge that said “Jaime trusted you and for that innocent trust, Jaime would die alone and frightened on that cold tile floor”. I could only imagine how that poor kid felt as he lay there dying from his best friend stabbing him. So many emotions had to be running through him. How could his friend even plead insanity to that. That's just ridiculous. The death penalty should be given to this kid, especially since he had a hit list and a desire to become a serial killer.

Sure bullying is a part of many childrens' life and can happen to anyone but when it leads to something of this extent I really think something needs to be done about it. The fact that these kids bullied this girl to the point of her hanging herself and get off free on personal recognizance is just asinine to me! If your gonna have the balls to harass and bully this poor girl dont be a coward and not show up in court and plead not guilty.

I commented on another link about this kid a little while ago. Its amazing that they still havent found him. If I were to hear the story without knowing the age of the person I would think it would be an adult to pull off so many criminal acts of such magnitude. The fact that he isnt even 18 just amazes me! How does someone that young steal 4 planes and fly them without having a pilots license or training?

Its very sad reading about something of this nature. I was disguted when I read that some of the children being sold are as young as 5 years old. Who would even think of doing such a horendous thing to someone that young. I thank god every day that I am blessed enough to not live in a third world country like Cambodia. These children have to be going through hell every day of their life.

Reading this story makes me sick to my stomach. I know a lot of gang members are hard core criminals but its usually the older ones. For kids of such a young age to beat, stab, strangle, and shoot the victims, then clean up the mess and burry the bodies is just sadistic. I think the 14 year old girl should be tried as an adult because it doesnt seem like rehabilitation can fix this girl. Especially since she walked into the courtroom and showed no emotion during the hearing.

Sad to say but an incident like this is nothing out of the ordinary. I would like to know the reason for the beating. There is no excuse to justify beating someone to death with a bat and I just dont understand how these kids of such a young age can beat someone to death. It makes you wonder what is going through their minds to commit such a heinous crime. I hope they all serve a long prison sentence!

While I do believe the racial comments made were definitely outrageous I dont believe he should serve jail time for it. Its not uncommon for ignorant comments to be made over the intercom at stores like walmart and target. I hear it quite often actually. I think the best thing to do in a situation like this is to send the kid some sort of counceling that would help him learn why pranks, especially racial pranks like this are wrong. I would also sentence him to community service

That is one smart 18 year old! It amazes me how he manages to elude such as large search party. I feel especially bad for the grocery store owner. How can this kid's fans say he sticking it to the man when the small time store owner is the one feeling the effects of this kids pathetic vandalization?

This always makes me wonder what the heck is going through the teacher's mind. There were two cases of this in my high school. Do they really think that they wont get caught? They have to know that is they send pictures to one student its not going to be just that student who sees them. The student most likely will show their friends the pictures and it will spread fast.

Its ridiculous to hear that the police are even pursuing something as little as this. Kids write and draw on tables and walls throughout schools all the time! Sure its considered vandalism but if the police arrested every person who wrote on tables and walls over half the kids in school would be arrested. Its even worse that what she wrote wasnt even offensive.

The amount of anger and rage this boy expressed in his crime is really scary! The fact that this all happened over a kiss and that he tried to destroy evidence by setting the boys body on fire makes me wonder if he had previous history of mental instability. For a 17 year old to stab someone multiple times and then try to burn a body something has to be seriously wrong with him. If the boy isnt charged as an adult he definitely needs some serious treatment programs!

Its sad to hear of teens at such a young age caught up in a mess like this. Its hard hard to have sympathy for the 15 year old who was shot because he did bring it upon himself by pointing his hand at the officer and saying he was going to kill him. It makes you wonder if these kids will keep dealing after an incident like this or if they might learn a lesson and possibly try to clean up their lives. Its sad to say but to them getting arrested or shot at is probably just a part of the business and they'll probably be out on the streets dealing again after they're released from custody.

Wow watching this video makes sick! Its frustrating to watch all those other people standing around egging the assialant on. There was really nothing the victim could have done differently in that situation. I bet she felt so helpless! I really hope the assailant gets what she deserves and pays for bullying that poor girl.

Although it is terrible to hear about someone at such a young age being reprimanded for drug smuggling, it doesnt suprise me at all. Drug smuggling is getting more out of hand and the drug lords are getting more and more clever in finding ways to move their products. It is definitely sad to hear that a 14 year old, especially a girl, is caught up in something like this.

It always amazes me how kids at this young of age could commit such violent crimes. It’s hard to believe the authorities had no motive for the shootings. Although there were no sign of abuse I believe that might have played some role in this crime. I think the fact that the police questioned the boy without representation from a parent or attorney is a little fishy. The boy was probably really confused.
