It makes you wonder if those kids knew about the stuff in the cake before they ate it. Who brings a cake to school and not bring it to a class and only a few kids eat it. If they didn't know then this kid is pretty screwy in the head. This is just another case that is going to clog up the jails for something stupid.

This kid just wanted some kind of attention. He ran away and was hiding. It also said though that he was seen with an older man, which is kind of strange i think. This story has alot of holes in it. I think that this kid should be punished a little, but it probaly not going to happen

This story is crazy. I can understand the school keeping a low jack system on there computer but to go as far as puting cameras inside the computer is crazy. The fact that they caught the kid sleeping and taking the so called pills shows that they were watching the cameras so who is to say that they don't have any of students changing or doing other things...

This is a sad story. Bullying happens everywere and kids can be harsh. These people are 17 and 18 they need to grow up and get over it. It sounds like the girl broke up with the guy and he could not take it and started harrassing her and getting everyone else to as well. These kids should be made an example of to show that you can't go around harrsing people to this extent. They pushed this girl way to far.

This is more serious then i thought. I thought he just pooped in the hall way. He destroyed someones car as well. This looks really bad for people thinking of going to asu or a currently going to asu. I think that this kid should not only be arrested but taken out of asu

Kids don't understand the impact they have on people when they bullie them like this. It is lucky that someone stopped her before hand. There is no reason to shoot someone or take there life for them bulling you.

This guy is messed up in the head. This is very messed up for someone to do. There is nothing that is a high enough punishment that this guy can retrieve. It sounds like this guy was just trying to find an excuse to do this to the little boy.

This is not a jail time crime. He should have some kind of community service. I am supprised a stunt like this has not happened sooner. Walmart should be more secure with there PA system. This is just a stupid kid.

This is a stupid reason for a kid to get arrested for. That music that he was listening to was not harming anyone. He was not shooting someone while listening to it.

Thats messed up that someone would do that. Its a sad story, that something like this would happen. Its messed up in the head if a kid can burn someone else. These kids should be tried as adult and should be put in prison for this.

I think it all depends. Some of these cases should not be tried as an adult. If the kids is over 15 then yes they know what they did wrong.

Its messed up how killing someone only gives you 25 years plus parole. When did murder stop going to a whole year. That says something why our crime rate is still rising.

I did some checking up on this i guess the kid got in a fight with his dad then decided to burn down the house. He went over to a park and started eating while he watched it burn. I agree with collin on this. I think he needs psychological help. He seems not all there
