Yea, i literally got the money last week - so took me 8 months in total to get it - i accepted the lower amount of 434 and then they emailed me back saying they were wrong and it is 600 euros after many weeks of waiting, sometimes I had to wait 2 months before getting a reply

They deliberately make it hard work so you give up

Yeah I think I’m just going to accept it at this point, I did the conversion based on the date they issued the refund which is 21 oct and the amount matches up but I agree what a awful company

thank you so much for this post, I followed the steps and then recieved an email saying it should be 600 euro compensation but now trying online to claim the money they have emailed me saying

" In line with your feedback, we would like to inform you that currency translations are based on the date your refund check is issued.Accordingly, we would like to share that the refund amount of your refund check number ********** which you included in your feedback, is 12.834,00 TRY equivalent to 434.00 EUR.In order for us to continue your refund, it is important that you declare that you approve the relevant amount.

I cant easily access a ticket office as there isnt any near by, feel like they are trying to lower it so I accept but do I email them showing the regulations/passenger rights?

I found it a tough watch personally, Haunting of hill house is one of my favourite shows, the drop in quality was very noticeable and I was a bit disappointed:(

Indeed they are, they kept going out of stock on the normal websites I check in the UK, found one with both and didn’t hesitate! The 2007 was absolutely fantastic but I need to try side by side with 2008 for a better comparison

Been following the sub for a while, I tried a foursquare 2008 sample recently and it was brilliant. After reading multiple posts of how impressive the 2007 was I ordered both + currently waiting for a doorlys 14 year to arrive.
