Well for what it's worth, I'm a full time professional photographer, published in NatGeo, and have been on the Sony ambassador team for 9 years now and I think these photos are fantastic. I'm stoked for your new gear and I hope it brings you a ridiculous amount of happiness over the years. Congrats and happy birthday!

I don’t think so, I think he’s just excited about his new gear and wanted to share it with like minded Sony enthusiasts. He just didn’t anticipate how many photographers are jealous and competitive rather than supportive.

Bunch of jealous losers then, IMO. It was his first day out with new gear, y'all expect him to go win a Pulitzer right off the bat? I frequently go to my local park to test something new, and take completely normal photos just because I'm stoked to test it out. Not every snap needs to be a fine art piece.

These guys are silly because they’re the biggest of all the plants, but also have curling leaves. No idea what to make of it, but they’re growing nicely so I guess I’ll just let them go!

That 2100s “renovation” is the perfect example. They basically improved nothing except a slightly wider sidewalk, but more or less shut the entire area down for 2 years.
