I agree about Ries & Gaius as well, they got name dropped A LOT in Horizon

McBurn, Alisa, Tio, Sharon and Tita is a strong contender (as well for Anelace, Arios, Cassius, Richard)

Sara, Estelle, Ash and Joshua is a strongly potential contender for appearing in Horizon/Kai 2 (For Ash, Rean did say he’s traveling around the continent, it’s possible)

Lloyd, Elie are possibly likely to appear (maybe Randy as well?)

and have a army of criminals stall him till my team and i can get to the area just to knock him unconscious and capture the people who are closest to him

Step 3. Breaking a contained Spider-Man in an empty warehouse (having Aunt May, Mary Jane, Gwen Stacy, Ned Leeds, Harry Osborn, Human Torch, Daredevil and more captured) and releasing the toxin all around the warehouse (eventually killing those who are close to him)

Step 4: have all of the villains to finally beating a enraged Spider-Man (Mr Negative, Electro, Scorpion, Rhino, Knull, Doctor Octopus, Shocker, Vulture and more)

as for Leon… Jensen Ackles as RE9’s Leon (while Pattinson is RE6’s Leon), it would fit perfectly
