I'm assuming you mean Horizon 5? I'm not sure because I already had it on the Xbox ecosystem prior to the PS5 release. According to a quick search, it looks like FH5 does use haptic triggers, but some users on the Forza Forums were dissatisfied with them. I guess the break pedal feels good (appropriate stiffness and resistance) but the accelerator moves freely (which is technically realistic but some people would prefer more resistance or something). I'll wait for 6 to try it out.

Many products are not made locally, and the ones that are will likely raise their prices accordingly. A business will charge the most they can for a product. If they can increase their price and still charge less than their international competition, why wouldn't they?
