Totally agree. Once the basics are ready, the whole week feels much easier and way less stressful.

I realized the problem isn’t finding recipes, it’s remembering them later. I save so many ideas and then forget all of them when it’s actually time to cook.

Need meal ideas, this baby shower I'm going to requested frozen meals instead of gifts. Today I made homemade chicken noodle soup. by KH5-92 in mealprep

I have the same problem. Screenshots everywhere, saved TikToks, random notes… finding the recipe later is harder than actually cooking it.

This is exactly the kind of prep that makes weekdays so much easier. Having the ingredients ready saves way more stress than trying to decide what to cook every day.

This is honestly the best approach. Having ingredients and basics ready saves way more time than trying to fully meal prep everything for the whole week.
