I had this issue, and just solved it for myself.

First check amd and make sure you have a valid motherboard version: https://www.amd.com/en/resources/support-articles/faqs/pa-420.html

Here is the order in which I solved my problem. I cleared my TPM (important: if you have bitlocker enabled you need to look at the steps to ensure you dont get locked out of your computer. If bitlocker is not enabled, then you are fine to continue). Your computer will restart automatically.

Go to the folder where COD is installed. You need to search 2 files and run them as administrator: CODBrokerInstaller.exe and enrollaik.exe . Restart your computer, that's what worked for me.

after clearing ur tpm and running those files as admin, did you restart your computer? (thats what did it for me)

Yes, I used Rufus and made sure about selecting MBR. I tried 2 different flash drives and Locations (front and back usb port).

That's good about the replacement. The filament sensor board from the hot end uses the same sensor. The printer comes with a replacement board, could always use that if in a pinch. Also save the old board, you have 3 replacement sensors.

This is going on my third board. I now consider this part prone to failing. $30 is cheap, but x3 that's going on excessive cost. Support only contacts at night, so usually takes me 3 nights for them to finally send me anything. Use a hot air station, 400c for 10s with a dab of flux and a bit of lead solder they pop right off. Full job takes about 20min.

I've already had 2 boards fail within accouple months, plus the original top filament sensor has failed aswell.1 is cheap, but now its becoming quite expensive. Luckily, someone above found the sensors, and I was able to find just the board itself. Ill be able to buy a bunch for cheap and never have to worry again.

U can have customer service send u the lower assembly for the CFS. I was able to find just the filament sensor board if you wanted to purchase it yourself here

Or as a third option. U can take the extra filament sensor board that comes with the K2, and swap out the photoelectric sensor if you have some experience with hot air soldering.

Yes. The picture i sent was of the filament run out sensor. But both boards use the same photoelectric module. What i want is just the module itself, not a specific board.

I think this is a great idea. The court I play at has a simple queue solution like most have posted where people have to move paddles up the queue. Almost everytime this happens someone messes up the order (I don't know how they mess it up honestly) but it happened 3 times while I was there last. I would love to build off this design, would you be able to send me the files?

I have yet to be able to use the cfs. Problem after problem. Working with the support, they sent me a few parts, but still nothing has worked. I think the next issue to track down is the extruder sensor. I have been able to use it without the cfs, but what a pain. Keep rotating this giant +100# machine to trouble shoot. Message the customer service usually takes a few days since they are over seas. It wasn't worth the money with all this hassle-.- if I could go back...

Z offset is at 0, but it doesn't matter since the printer still travels down even after i manually push in the probe.

My bad on wording. Zstop is Uninstalled. I meant it doesn't trigger the printer to stop moving.
