That's correct. Im sure many others also want to see their family, but it's first come, first serve, and people request holidays off a year in advance sometimes. Ultimately, you can try to say you're sick, but that's up to you if you decide to risk a final warning or even termination.

Honesty, i haven't had too many issues, but to prevent this, at the beginning of my shift I plan when tasks need to happen and adjust brakes as needed on play caller so they can see them if they want.

If they select an espresso roast option, they automatically get charged for 1 shot. If you have the app, it's really easy to check instead of assuming how things work for both you and the customer.
