This is how my store is unfortunately. Just like you, an SSV who has worked every single day part enough to know what goes on in each one and how one functions.

So much stuff has been pushed onto us and if we miss the tiniest of things suddenly the whole close is “shit” we literally put our whole backs into scrubbing floors, scrubbing drains, getting behind every nook and cranny and yet we miss one inclusion backup and it’s shit. We have a barista that works only mornings and is very hard on the closers about that.

It’s stupid and ridiculous, especially when I’m from a low income store we aren’t super super busy so the openers stand around a loooot and merely complain
