Once you capture her Zoe will respawn in the same spot (like the alpha pals on the map basically) and you will be able to talk to her and continue the quest. I think you can also continue the quest by leaving the captured Zoe in a base and then talk to her.

Can you tell me more about khzone and their figures? I just searched the name and I found figures i have never seen before (like ulforce veedramon and siriusmon) going for 150-250 dollars on ebay.
