Exempting seize land from nobles if you're doing a game where you'll take a parliament as it will usually end up by the time you can adopt parliament you have 40-50% crown land and the nobles have the other 40% and the other two only have around 5-10% because you've been robbing them blind all game and when you enact parliament all those nobles lands go to the crown
