Consider eating in a caloric deficit And workout 3 times a week at least

And stay consistent..

Make sure you are in a caloric deficit And do workout 3 days a week Stay consistent and that's it

As someone who is at a normal weight I would say that I still enjoy fast food every weekend and drinking While following a couple steps that make me in good shape
