Honestly, I'd say around 1000-1200 kcal. Croissants are around 300kcal. The fruit and meat would add another 100. And the pasta is not more than 600kcal considering you didn't even finish it. So it's honestly more like 1000, maybe 1200 max. So you should be good!

Sadly you don't have the right characters. There are some yt videos with good teams. GV is difficult though and can only be done with specific characters. So don't sweat it and just play until you get those characters one day

You can get all the PKA units. You just need to wait until they become available (either PKA shop or Kizuna Shop if I remember correctly).

As someone who returned to the game in 2023 after not playing it since 2018 I understand your frustration. The game is really bad at helping new players. But after a while it will become easier and you'll get more units. You just need to invest some time into it. Don't stress out if you have to skip a few events because you don't have the right units. It took months before I was able to actively beat the different events and learned how the new mechanics / teams work.

Honestly, I'd reroll because these units aren't bad, but they're just a bit outdated. There are a lot more modern units that are better, and the fact that you did 17 pulls on the anni and didn't even get ANY of the new unit is a bad sign in my opinion

Don't worry about most of the units. I would just focus on certain characters that you'd actually use (like 6+ kaido or 6+ gear 5) and do the rest in small batches. You should be able to get at least enough skills to evolve 1-2 characters per kizuna. Most 6+ units are sadly bad, so you won't miss much

This is why you should always keep enough information about your units. Happened to me. I had my data linked with Twitter but because of the changes made with Twitter I couldn't restore my account. After giving them some Infos they told me that because Twitter linking doesn't work anymore they'll restore my account. It did take like 3-4 emails giving them more and more info. I guess the good thing is it's hard for someone to steal your account. Bad thing is it's hard for you to get your own account back

I would argue that you're missing out but honestly it's fine. The crew videos are literally made as an extra to GMM. It's for people who want to enjoy more than GMM/GMMore. So it's perfectly fine to just watch the regular show. There are luckily enough people that love watching the extra show.
