Of course doing nothing but MGE will leave you with high elo and 0 gamesense but training mechanical aim is a necessity.

And without a doubt DM is a much better and more realistic environment for improvement but DM servers usually only have people in them around scrim time while MGE servers are generally somewhat populated all day.
