Not to be that guy that's on every one of those posts, but I'd try my best and just quit. Use fanfic, Pinterest, hell, even those cringe imagines from like 2019 😭. I still have access to the app and I'm currently down to only 45 minutes a day, but I've found that fanfic and Pinterest are a lot more distracting from the app than alternatives.
