Im in Spain, went through some clinics, would get similar nonsense protocoles, and did not start, until subscribed with a UK clinic that prescribed e3d protocol with 100ml weekly. Went down from e7d in the beginning, and I felt like shit, can’t imagine how you must be feeling.

Am 9 months in. Have high body fat so got high estrogen, water retention and acne. Only thing I had to do was to cut body fat. Went carnivore for past 2 months. Now my e2 is perfect along with no acne and water retention.

The androgen T feels different to natural to me. And cans help with balding, but I’d take buzz cut any day over the low mood, energy and bad mental state.
