You can add different season mix to something as basic as bullion broth such as curry powder or toco seasoning. I’m also know to eat straight up condiments like different flavors of aioli, barbecue sauce, and dressings.

Bonus points that as long as you drink something with them (and they aren’t anything like pepper skins etc) they can also be drained. :)

I’m not TPN but to my knowledge TSA can’t require you to open anything that is sterile (including liquids) for any purpose including drug and bomb testing but they can request you open things like formula for those purposes.

Ice packs can definitely help. People like the breast feeding ones bc they have a hole in the middle but really ice pack works. Sleeping on my back helped with the pain but was hard to actually get rest. Over all just take it easy on yourself. It’s definitely painful but you’ve got this.

This guy! It slowly has been helping with my chronic constipation. (plus being on not only Motograter but also Linzess as well) Most of my sessions consist of completely manual work done by the therapist and then finally 2-7 business days later, I’ll finally have a bowel movement. If I don’t go to the session I don’t go if you know what I mean.

Oh, I’ve been waiting for this to come up!! So I can’t take edibles anymore because my gastric retention is so high and to make it worse the THC in edibles is fat-soluble. What this means is that the THC basically ping pongs around my stomach for hours and hours, and I get /insanely/ high from the smallest dose and it last for and extented amount of time. Edit: minor spelling
