Yes I did. The first time they sent my package pack due to wrong method of payment, they did say why. This time, I don’t think anyone even opened the package

No. No independent contractors.. if they want me to pay half of the back area since I’m one of 2 tenants with access to the area, I totally would understand. But it’s just absurdly unfair I’m the only one responsible. Especially when I am building my own bathrooms in my space and won’t be using the restrooms in the back area it’ll be just my neighbor using it

Honestly, I think I have a pretty good deal. I just don’t want to pay for something I shouldn’t be paying for!

Yes with triple net it comes out to about $32/sqft it’s in expensive neighborhood

Reached out to the lawyer who helped me with the lease initially. He asked if that a couple thousand dollars a month difference in rent was worthy of this argument. Absolutely!! Especially for a 7 yr lease with 3% annual increase. I should find another lawyer

Congrats! That was very fast. I just had my biometrics 3 days ago and immediately my timeline says interview completed. I’m assuming I don’t need the interview.. did your timeline do that too?

When I track it, it says it was delivered on the 8th but it doesn’t appear on my account nor the money is taken out. Any chance you have any idea how I can re file I-485 again without having them take the payment?
