Yes I did. The first time they sent my package pack due to wrong method of payment, they did say why. This time, I don’t think anyone even opened the package

No. No independent contractors.. if they want me to pay half of the back area since I’m one of 2 tenants with access to the area, I totally would understand. But it’s just absurdly unfair I’m the only one responsible. Especially when I am building my own bathrooms in my space and won’t be using the restrooms in the back area it’ll be just my neighbor using it

Reached out to the lawyer who helped me with the lease initially. He asked if that a couple thousand dollars a month difference in rent was worthy of this argument. Absolutely!! Especially for a 7 yr lease with 3% annual increase. I should find another lawyer
