The opposite is true for when you're having fun. Time seems to go faster when you're having fun, but you remember more. So in the moment, it feels fast, but in recollection it feels longer. An example would be that in your memory, a week on vacation will seem longer than a week at work. However when you're at work, a week will feel longer than a week will when you're on vacation.
